We rent furnished and unfurnished apartments in Medellin.   The apartments are available for long term  (minimum one year) and short term (only furnished for  one month or more). You are dealing directly with the owners of the apartments.   All of our apartments come with Fiber Optic internet.  We also have hotspots available in case of any internet interruption. 
 
The building is located in Belen La Palma. It's within walking distance to Los Molinos mall and several restaurants and bars on 80th Street. It's in Strato 5. The building has a day time door man and night time security. There are video cameras installed in the building. The address of the building is on the contacts page. You can look up the area or you can also google edificio Bora Bora medellin and that should take you to the neighbourhood.

The payments can be made via Zelle in US. Can also pay cash or deposit into a Bank in Colombia.

We don't ask for Fiador.  A copy of your passport or cedula is all we need.  First month and last month rent needed to move in.
